These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website in a Day service ("Service", "we", "us"), operated by Tareq Ghani. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Website in a Day builds and hosts a website for your business based on the details you provide (business name, contact information, logo, and photos). Your site is typically delivered within 24 hours of payment and ongoing plan setup being completed.
The Service is billed at $299 AUD per month on a recurring subscription basis via Stripe. There is no fixed-term contract — your subscription continues month to month until cancelled.
Your subscription includes hosting, your domain (or use of a subdomain we provide), and reasonable minor text/content updates. It does not include custom feature development, e-commerce functionality, or significant redesigns beyond the template selected at signup, unless separately agreed.
You can cancel at any time. There is no lock-in contract. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details, including our 14-day money-back window.
If you cancel, your site and hosting will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which the site will be taken offline. We do not charge cancellation or exit fees.
We build and host your website; we don't guarantee specific traffic, lead, or sales outcomes from having a website alone. Search ranking, ad performance, and marketing results depend on factors outside the scope of this Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes affecting pricing will always be communicated to you directly before taking effect.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities.
